  • Custom Orders: Depending on complexity, custom orders ship within 30-50 days after production completion.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition and packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

We will provide detailed return instructions, including where to ship your item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
